Music has been apart of my life since I was young boy. It was the foundation that helped me get through rough times such as Jail, Divorce, Death of both Parents, Baby momma drama, Working 8-5, Fights, Cars, Loss of Friends etc. Today, I enjoy life and I am dedicated to sharing music and information with others so they can live better and sleep good at night.

I followed my dream even when my family turned on me, when the streets got rough, when all the odds were against me and motivation was hard to find. I find inspiration all around me; yet, I gotta say God, my wife, and the fact that each day God grants me breath to try again is really what drives me to action. It is my desire to allow the beat of the music to culminate relationships, partnerships, and business relationships to improves the lives and gives life to someone's dream. Inspiration from the heart is key!

Most of my life I was put in situations where I had to be the responsible one, many times I am the loudest one in the room, I have been called a know it all, and hard to deal with. Life has taught me that what others consider a weakness I consider a strength. If you allow others to define you , you will never live to your full potential.

The ability to partner with artists, collaborate on songs, and introduce/educate them on the proper way to increase wealth as an artist vs. signing the artist to my label.
Depending on the artist we may do some or all of the following:
• Oversee the songwriting, arrangement, and recording processes
• Recording and production of a track, single, or record
• Manage budgets for assigned projects
• Handle contracts and negotiations for staff
• Make sure everyone involved in a project shares the same goals and/or vision
• Act as the link between the record label’s management and the musical artists
• Gather feedback from listeners and use it to create a strategy for future musical direction

Overall, we are ultimately responsible for managing the day-to-day operations to include responsibility of staff and committee organization, management, and collaboration; Responsible for spearheading label, radio, and retail support; Responsible for financial management including budget development; Discovering new talent; Strategizing necessary marketing and promotions based on project; Motivate and manage personnel; Skillfully negotiate deals with and for independent artist; Engage telephone radio programmers with regard to airplay on new singles; Facilitate talks with potential managers about sales figures and promotional agendas; depending on the client/artist I may be responsible for correspondence and management of pending deals/ secure engagements or contracts; and lastly I build/foster relationships with major donors and foundations.
